We are currently marketing the residential part of a development at Costa Teguise in Lanzarote which launched recently, it is the largest project that Lanzarote has seen for some time and will include up to 6000 homes over the next few years.
As it is such a large project it obviously includes commercial projects. Costa Teguise is one of the most affluent parts of Lanzarote and expanding rapidly, IKEA has just opened a new store 5 minutes drive away.
We have available up to three new modern shopping mall projects of varying sizes although this project is the most advanced with a guide price from around 2200 EUROS per m2. The project as shown in the images has planning agreed and offers units of varying sizes with a large Spanish supermarket chain looking to invest in this centre.
There is ample car parking space and easy main road access from the main town of Arrecife and the coast.
Construction is starting now, although it could be possible to expand the scheme to double |
