I have two plots of flat rural land for sale. Both selling at Ā£25000 each. Retiring so need the capital. There are eights plots in total in this area and all except mine have been built on. . YOu would have to put in services such as underground sewarage bottle, generaltor, solar panels etc. My friend a neighbour did all this 4 years ago and is willing to help anyone who buys my land to deal with all of this. The plots are 1500 sq mtrs and 50 mtrs x 31 mtrs. I have a corner plot and the one next door.
The corner plot backs onto a palm plantation and the other side a field owned by a conservationist who will not build. The neighbours are very friendly being British and Spanish and have involved themselves into the Spanish community. There are excellent new road links from Elche and Alicant (20 mins away).
