Description: Frondosa Valley Frondoso Valley consists of townhouses with a private garden, garage, terrace, solarium and communal swimming pool. The Frondoso Valley development contains sport areas, green spaces and areas for social and communal provisions. Frondoso Valley is about 15 minutes away from the hospital, 15 minutes away from Murcia City with all amenities including bars, commercial centres, cinemas and historical monuments. Frondoso Valley is accessible by road from the Sangonera La Verde district, but a study is being undertaken into the viability of creating a direct route to the outskirts of the estate from the junction which connects the Murcia-Andalusia and the Murcia-Cartagena dual carriageways. Sector A has been completely developed, as have the access roads and estate facilities, with special emphasis being placed on the presence within the development of the Centre for Education and Environmental Studies sponsored by the Building Society Caja de Ahorros Del Mediterraneo (CEMACAM), an extremely important focal point for the development. Furthermore, Sector A has a wealth of additional services available to its residents, especially the private security services and the direct transport link to Murcia, which may be extended to Sector B, the sector developed under this project. A common road permits access to both sectors, and currently there is an arch at the entrance which marks clearly the limits of the residential development. Frondoso Valley is a development comprising semi-detached, linked-detached and terraced two-storey houses, all of which have roof terraces/solariums on the top floor. The houses are organised around green areas with generous swimming pools. There are three main house types in the Frondoso Valley development. Each of them responds to the same quality standard, one of the highest in Spain. The materials used respect the local environment and the indigenous style.
