The NDES299 Resort is a Project designed to overcome the social problem, which we are - experiencing with our older citizens. At present there is a great demand for residential homes, but this demand is not being met due to the infrastructur required i.e. homes and staff
The NDES299 Resort residents will have the infirmary services available 24 hours a day, simply by pushing the panic button installed in every home. Specialist medical teams, dieticians, physiotherapists, etc. will also be on site, and should any of these diagnose a problem, which would need further medical treatment, a transfer to and from the regional hospital would be arranged.
The NDES299 Resort is also a secure site. The perimeter wall and 24 hours security surveillance, along with a communication system with the 24 hours reception area installed in every home, should allay any fears, which the resident may have.
The NDES299 Resort is located in a privileged position only a few kilometres from the city of Elche. Alicante (20km) and Murcia (50km) being so close, also makes this a very strategically placed location. Serviced by two airports (El Altet and San Javier), the port of Alicante, a motorway network with access to Madrid and the entire Mediterranean coast, a railway for the future high-speed train (AVE).
Surrounded by natural spaces and close to the beaches, which can be enjoyed 75% of the year due to warm summers and very short winters.
