The Canary Islands though a part of Spain are located in close proximity to Africa. The archipelago of seven islands, Canary Islands, is paradisiacal with a constant temperature through the year! These islands offer fantastic views of turquoise and warm ocean waters, fine, white sand and stunning natural settings. The seven large islands are Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Tenerife, La Palma, Gomera, Hierro, while a few smaller ones such as Alegranza, Graciosa, Montaña Clara, Roque del Este, Roque del Oeste und Lobos all have surprisingly, different landscape from each other.
Called the Canaries, or ‘the land of eternal spring’, these islands offer sub-tropical climate with minimal rainfall and feverish tourist activity through out the year! No wonder then that more than 11 million tourists flock to the benign shores of these breathtakingly beautiful islands each year!
